Would return there, the hotel was clean, and location within walking distance to all tourist sites was particularly good and amazing. Location: the property was just next door to the Accademia Carrara, and both the old town.

The rooms were spotless, new-fashioned with nice bathroom, ideal for us. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet was a bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at Academia Residence. The location was ideal, with both the old town and new town within easy reach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, even during my short visit. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bergamo.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration of the hotel, with its cozy and inviting atmosphere. The common areas were beautifully adorned with tasteful artwork and comfortable furnishings, making it a joy to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I also greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. With an elevator available, I didn't have to worry about navigating any stairs or struggling with heavy luggage. It truly made my stay at Academia Residence a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the staff to be more attentive and considerate towards our needs. While the children working there were generally polite, there were instances when their assistance could have been more proactive and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the old city and within walking distance to many attractions. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area.

The room had some issues, such as cold temperatures which required us to use the heaters. there were some maintenance problems like a non-working lamp and oddly placed light switches.
